Thursday Jul 23, 2020
Thursday Jul 23, 2020
Join us in | 21 | Journal Review: Pediatric Ketamine VS Fentanyl / SGA VS ETI as we dive into two separate journals. In the first part of the episode, we cover the study "PICHFORK" (Pain In CHildren Fentanyl OR Ketamine), providing more reliable data to the argument of whether or not to use Ketamine for pediatric trauma. Next in the episode, we cover a separate study that compared the negative intrathoracic pressures and hemodynamics contributed by different supraglottic airway devices versus ETI during cardiac arrest. Both of these journals were submitted by listener recommendation, so please continue by their example, and submit more for us to review!
